Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you guys offer your services?
We currently offer our services to Bedford, Merrimack, Amherst, Milford and Goffstown. We will be looking to expand in the near future so keep an eye out for us if we’re not in your area now!
What time do I need to bring my trash out on pick up day?
We ask our customers to have there trash rolled out to the end of the driveway by 8am the morning of your scheduled pick up. This helps ensures smooth operation for our drivers. If you would like to skip a weeks service, please contact us and lets us know by 5pm the day before your pick up we can pro-rate your monthly cost accordingly.
Can I use my own trash bins?
Yes! As long as they are sturdy enough for our drivers to be able to pick up and dump the trash out. Our drivers can not be held liable if parts of your bins break. That’s why we offer a bin rental. Our bins are high grade and guaranteed to last 10 years. All trash must still be bagged when placed in bins. In the future we may not allow use of personal bins, becuase we are planning to have a vehicle with an arm that can pick up the bins and dump them. We would need specific bins to be able to do that.
Recycling bins must be clearly labeled. We ask that recycling does not get bagged, as plastic bags are not recyclable. If trash or non-recyclable products are mixed in we will have to treat that recycling bin as all trash.
What if I am out of town and don’t require trash pick up?
We understand some weeks you may be out of town and do not require trash pick up. In that case we can pro-rate your monthly cost to subtract a week. Please let us know at by 5pm the night before your scheduled pick up day that you will not need your trash picked up. If we do not recieve notification from you within that time we unfortunately cannot offer the credit. Customers can only receive credit on 2 weeks every 3 months. Bin rental rates still apply on credited weeks.
What if I have more trash than the max allowed each week?
Please contact us if you have more trash than is alloted for your pick up. If we are notified we charge $2 per extra 13 gallon bag, and $3.50 per extra 32 gallon bag. If we weren’t notified by 8pm the day before your pick up day, the cost will be $3.50 per extra 13 gallon bag and $5 per extra 32 gallon bag.
What items cannot be thrown away in the trash?
